Keekaroo – A Big Boy Chair for You

1 Dec

I can’t even tell you how many photos we’ve snapped of Nate in his Keekaroo chair. Perhaps it is because it is the only place he will sit still for more than a few seconds? It has inevitably become the backdrop for many photos of Nate (a visual record of what Nate ate for breakfast/lunch and dinner during his first few years!). Keekaroo is based in New York and has really nailed the “Height Right” Chair and Cafe Booster Seat – we give it two thumbs up for design, comfort and cleanability! Nate used the booster seat until about 10-11 months, but successfully outgrew the booster and now sits proudly in his big boy chair. The rubberwood chair seat and footplates move in 1-inch increments to provide the perfect fit for a growing child and it holds up to 250 lbs. (now that is one big baby!)

Here is Nate enjoying some cheddar bunnies and a teething treat in his Keekaroo.

Why We Love It: Looks cool, easy to maneuver, sustainable rubberwood material with low VOC plant-based finish and made in the USA. ($154.99 – 199.99)
